April Membership Meeting: Self-defense Class and K-9 demonstration!

Have you ever felt scared walking to your car at night and wished that you knew some moves like Chuck Norris?!  Have you ever seen the K-9 unit and wondered what those dogs could really do?!  Well, here is your chance!  At our monthly membership meeting on Tuesday April 17th, the Canton Police Department will be teaching a short class on self-defense while also giving us a K-9 demonstration.  Also, a representative from the Stark County Parks will talk to us briefly about the upcoming levy.  The meeting will start at 5:30 at the Chamber (222 Market Street N) and we will be providing Old Carolina BBQ for dinner.  Even though we plan to cover a lot of information in a short period of time, we will attempt to keep the meeting to only an hour.  Please let Graycee ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ) know if you plan to attend this meeting.  By RSVPing you are not locked into attending, and if you haven't RSVP'ed you are still welcome to show up.  We are just trying to make sure we have enough food.  As always, feel free to bring a non-Jaycees friend!!!
