The primary purpose for running the Coleman Center Read Aloud project is to donate books & supplies to the children at the childcare center and spend time reading aloud to these kids. Specific goals of this project are: To provide economically, underprivileged children the opportunity to have quality books and writing materials in their rooms at the center, To have Jaycee volunteers read aloud to the children at the center once a month, To gain positive publicity for the Canton Jaycees in the greater Canton Community.
